Terms of service
Manufacturing Time and Specification Approval
- The manufacturing period is 60 days, starting from the date the customer approves and signs the specification file. The company is committed to this timeframe, and in case of delay, the full contract amount paid by the customer will be refunded without any deductions.
- The company is committed to executing only the agreed-upon specifications signed in the specification file. Any other agreements not included in the file are not considered binding.
- If the customer requests a specific color, fabric, or leather that is not available in our selection, the customer is responsible for providing a physical sample of the requested material.
- If the customer does not collect the product on the specified date, a 15-day grace period is granted without any additional fees. After that, monthly storage fees will be applied based on the product size, and the customer will be notified of the cost in advance.
Contract Payments
- The first payment of 50% of the total contract value is due upon signing.
- A second payment of 25% is due two Weeks after signing the contract.
- The final payment of 25% must be made at least 48 hours before product collection.
- Manufacturing will begin only after the first payment is received in full.
Warranty, Maintenance, and Shipping
- The warranty period is 5 years from the date of receipt and covers wood and upholstery against manufacturing defects.
- Shipping cost: EGP 500, and free delivery for orders above EGP 20,000 within Cairo and Giza. For other areas, the shipping cost will be determined based on the order size and destination.
- Products are delivered to Giza Governorate every Monday and to Cairo Governorate every Thursday. Maintenance services for both Cairo and Giza Governorates are provided every Tuesday.
Site Inspection and Measurement Services
- If the customer requests a site inspection and measurement service, the appointment and service cost will be determined in coordination with the management.
- If the customer proceeds with the contract, the cost of the inspection and measurement service will be deducted from the total invoice.
Contract Cancellation and Refunds
- The customer is entitled to a full refund of all payments made within 3 days of signing the contract without any deductions.
In the event of cancellation after this period, 20% of the order value will be deducted for operational expenses.
- If the product manufacturing is already completed, the customer is not entitled to a refund, and the product will be delivered as per the agreement.
- If the delivered product does not match the agreed specifications, the customer has the right to refuse acceptance and request modifications. If modifications are not made, the customer is entitled to a full refund without any deductions within 7 working days from the date of returning the product.
Customer-Specific Choices
- The company is not responsible for the customer’s choices regarding fabric or accessories that are not available in our collection (e.g., hinges, lighting units).
- If these materials are unavailable from the supplier, the customer will be informed to choose an alternative. If the customer refuses the alternatives and wishes to cancel the contract, the cost of operational materials used in production will be deducted.
