When will I receive my order?

After you have successfully placed your order,

Orders' delivery ranges between 6 to 8 weeks depending on the product type and category. 

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping cost is EGP 500 and is free for orders exceeding EGP 20,000 within Cairo and Giza. For orders outside these governorates, the cost is determined based on order size and destination.
